The Acapella project reimagines a 1920s Spanish-style home in Glassell Park, honoring its historic character while introducing a contemporary perspective. The renovation brings cohesion to the interior, blending original charm with modern updates.
The dressing room serves as a gallery-like space for couture, featuring custom cherry millwork, a dry bar, spacious island, and generous bench. Throughout the home, contemporary and vintage pieces, rich tones, and layered textures reflect the client’s eclectic style. The result is a distinctive interior that draws on Gothic and Baroque influences, balancing personality with restrained maximalism.
